UAB “Metalo kaprizas” is implementing the project “Business Expansion of UAB ‘Metalo kaprizas’ in Ignalina District” No. IGNA-LEADER-03-2-3/20VS-PV-24-2-06235-PR001.
The objective of the project is to develop a competitive small business in the Ignalina District Municipality by creating new jobs and fostering a competitive business that contributes to the sustainable use of resources. As part of the project, specialized software will be implemented to provide customers with information about the company’s products, pricing, visualizations, and technical drawings, while also enhancing the company’s digitalization and increasing work efficiency. The project will create one new full-time position for a Project Manager under the age of 29.
The expected outcome of the project is economic growth and job creation in rural areas.
The project is being implemented under Call No. SP-IGNA-LEADER-03-2 of the “Ignalina District Local Development Strategy 2023–2029”, within the measure “Creation and Development of Non-Agricultural Businesses through the Development and Diversification of Products and Services”, Code LEADER-20VVG-03-01.
Project implementation period: 20 January 2025 – 31 January 2027.
Total project value: EUR 116,346.16, of which EUR 53,125.00 is financed by European Union funds and EUR 9,375.00 by the State Budget of the Republic of Lithuania. The total amount of financial support is EUR 62,500.00.
